Harris’s campaign, which has been fast-tracked by the Democratic National Committee despite her lack of primary votes, also sees the addition of David Plouffe, a key strategist from Obama’s campaigns, as a senior adviser.
This appointment has led to criticism regarding the speed of Harris’s endorsement, which some argue disregards the 14 million Democrats who supported Biden in the primaries.
