According to Worldometer, abortion emerged as the top cause of death globally in 2024, resulting in around 45 million unborn babies being terminated. The figure represents over 42% of all human deaths in 2024, surpassing deaths from cancer, HIV/AIDS, and traffic accidents combined.
In the U.S., abortion accounted for about one-third of annual deaths, disproportionately affecting the African American community, where over 60% of deaths are attributed to abortion.
The Rev. Clenard Childress, Jr. stated, “The least regulated medical procedure and is often completely ignored by health regulation enforcement.”
45 million babies were murdered last year through abortion. World War II, the deadliest conflict in history, killed just a quarter as many people per year. World War I killed 1/12th as many people per year. The Black Death killed just over 1/13th as many people per year.

Statistics show that black women have the highest abortion rates, with 52% of African American pregnancies ending in abortion, leading some to label this trend as “black genocide.”
Childress said, “Statistics reveal that nearly 1,800 unborn black babies are aborted every day, proportionately more than any other race.”
