First Lady Jill Biden expressed her gratitude to supporters of President Joe Biden in a recent post, emphasizing the importance of trusting Vice President Kamala Harris as he endorses her for the Democratic presidential nomination.
Her message, shared on X, thanked those who have consistently supported her husband and called for a similar trust in Harris.
“To those who never wavered, to those who refused to doubt, to those who always believed, my heart is full of gratitude,” Jill Biden wrote. “Thank you for the trust you put in Joe–now it’s time to put that trust in Kamala. Love, Jill.”

The statement came as President Biden addressed the nation for the first time since announcing his withdrawal from the presidential race.
While he has been recovering from COVID-19, Jill Biden is set to lead the U.S. delegation at the Opening Ceremony of the Paris Olympics.
Previously, she had been a strong advocate for her husband’s campaign, even after critiques of his debate performance against Donald Trump.
